Closed Beta Test Compensation Policy

Part 1. Payment and Reimbursement
1) Payment Methods
Please use any payment methods that Google Play supports (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.) to purchase any in-game purchasable contents, or top-up on MidasBuy.
2) Closed Beta Test
Please note that this test is a small-scale Closed Beta Test in Philippines with limited IAP. All game data will be wiped after the test, but all of your payment history will be retained in the server for the sake of reimbursement when the game launches.
3) Launch Reimbursement
All items purchased (premium credits and in-game items) during this Closed Beta Test will be reimbursed when the game launches in the Philippines. Please use the same account login with the same login method (e.g. Google Play, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) that you’re using in this test to claim your reimbursements at launch. If you use a different account, you may not be able to claim your reimbursements. Each account will only be able to claim rewards once.
· Please note that we cannot guarantee the actual date of launch in Philippines. We’ll keep you updated on the official website (https://www.avatarreckoning.com/) once the launch date is confirmed.
Part 2. Specific Compensation Rules
1) Premium Credit Reimbursement
Players who purchase Premium Credits via “Top-up” or “MidasBuy” during this Closed Beta Test will receive reimbursements under the following rules:
Closed Beta Test Top-up
≤30,000 Premium Credits
125% top-up value of Premium Credits (maximum 37,500 Premium Credits)
>30,000 Premium Credits
100% top-up value of Premium Credits
e.g. A player purchases 40,000 Premium Credits in this closed beta test, he/she would be reimbursed 47,500 Premium Credits (37,500 + 10,000) in when the game launches.
2) Gift Packs Reimbursement
All items from gift packs purchased during the Closed Beta Test will be reimbursed at launch.
Part 3. Apply for Reimbursement & Time Limit
All reimbursements will be provided within 90 days of launch. Please make sure that you use the same account login with the same login method (e.g. Google Play, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) that you’re using in this test to claim your reimbursements. For example, if you use Google Play as login method with the account: firstname.lastname@example.org, you’ll need to use the exact same login method with the same account (Google Play with the account email@example.com) to login at launch to get your reimbursement. The rewards for the Closed Beta Test will only be provided once to one player (e.g. If you create 5 characters in the Closed Beta Test and make purchases in all of them, you would still need to CHOOSE ONE character that you want to get the reimbursement after launch. We'll combine all the top-ups under one account and reimburse to one character).
